Shubham finished at top of dental school in 2003, and developed Oral Surgery interest very early whilst working as a general dental practitioner. Various hospital and surgical placements allowed him to develop the knowledge and skills for advanced Oral surgery and Prosthodontics. This soon culminated into being awarded the prestigious postgraduate membership qualification with the Faculty of Dental Surgery, Royal College of Surgeons of England. His surgical interest led to a rigorous three-year training program finishing as a Master’s in Implant Surgery at University of Warwick in 2011. His research work was selected for presentation at International Association of Dental Research 2013 in Seattle. Shubham has keen dentofacial esthetics interest and was bestowed upon with a Fellowship of International Academy of Dento-Facial Esthetics New York early 2013. Immediately after finishing this Implant degree he embarked on a four-year training program at King’s College London to learn advanced Prosthodontics.
Shubham believes that lifelong learning is a reality every clinician must embrace in order to deliver quality service to patients. He is currently studying in his final year and is already enjoying the extensive knowledge base the program provides. He now spends most of his time treating surgical dental problems especially with nervous patients. He is also a registered mentor for SAAD London, and works with dentists developing skills in Intravenous Sedation.
Shubham has lectured for the London Deanery and regularly helps in developing education programs suited for the dentist and care professionals alike. He has lectured extensively on placing and restoring implants and is also involved in mentoring dentists undertaking further implant training.
He takes keen interest in teaching and lectures regularly on subjects related to general practitioner’s interest especially implants, oral surgery and Complex Prosthodontics. Shubham loves technology and is involved extensively in digital dentistry from planning to restorations.
He is workaholic, but when free he enjoys Cricket, Tennis, Badminton and reading besides spending time with his family and friends. He is a keen cook and his wife can testify for that.
Shubham accepts referrals for Implants, Bone Augmentation, Oral Surgery and IV Sedation from both General Practitioners and self- referral.
